CPM deals have been replaced by Autopilot campaigns — a better way to pay for performance. Instead of paying creators a flat rate plus a rate per 1,000 organic views, you now set one daily Performance Budget and Posted tests the most promising submissions as paid ads and scales the winners.
What's Changing
You can no longer launch new CPM deals. The option to create a CPM deal has been removed.
Your active CPM deals stay active. They keep running until you pause them (once paused, they can't be resumed), and you can still see them and their results in your dashboard.
Autopilot campaigns are the new way to pay for performance. You'll find them under Autopilot Campaigns in the sidebar.
What Happens to My Existing CPM Deals?
Videos already in tracking finish their 7-day tracking window and are paid out as usual
Any remaining CPM charges show up in My Brand and on your invoices as before
Active CPM deals keep running until you pause them. Once you pause a CPM deal, it can't be resumed
You can't create a new CPM deal or duplicate an existing one
You keep full ownership of all CPM content and ad codes
Why We Made the Change
CPM deals paid for organic views. But views don't always turn into customers. Autopilot campaigns pay for real ad performance:
The most promising submissions are tested as paid ads, so you see clicks, CTR and cost per click, not just views
Spend moves to the winners automatically, so your budget goes where it works
Creators earn a share of the ad spend on their videos, so they're motivated to make content that converts
No flat rate, no CPM rate — just one daily Performance Budget

How to Move to Autopilot
Go to Autopilot Campaigns and click New Campaign
Reuse your CPM brief — copy it into the Create Brief step
In Additional Details, add your target URL and call to action
Set your daily Performance Budget (minimum $70/day) and launch
Tip: If you ran several CPM deals for different angles, run one Autopilot campaign per angle. You'll see much more clearly which one drives results.
