6. Your CPM Deal Is Live

Monitor performance, invite creators, and optimize your deal for better results.

Updated this week

Your CPM deal is now live. Creators can see it, submit content, and start earning. Here's how to manage your deal and get the best results.

What Happens Now

  1. Creators discover your deal — They can find it in the CPM tab or receive an invite from you

  2. Creators submit content — They follow your brief and upload their videos

  3. AI reviews submissions — Content is automatically checked against your brief

  4. Approved content goes live — Creators post to TikTok and views start tracking

  5. Payouts are calculated — After 7 days, creators receive their CPM payout based on views

Multiple Submissions Per Creator

Creators can submit as many pieces of content as they like to your CPM deal. The only requirement is that their previous approved videos must reach a minimum threshold of 200 views before they can submit again.

This ensures creators are actively posting and their content is getting traction before submitting more — which means higher quality submissions for you.

Invite Creators to Gain Momentum

Don't just wait for submissions — invite creators directly from the Creator Database.

  1. Go to Creators in your dashboard

  2. Browse creators by niche, region, activity, and performance stats

  3. Invite up to 20 creators per day to your CPM deal

A personal invite signals you want to work with them and gets submissions coming in faster.

Monitor Your Performance

Track your CPM deal in real time:

  • Submissions — How many creators are submitting

  • Approvals — How many videos passed AI review

  • Views — Real-time view counts pulled from TikTok

  • Spend — Your flat rate and CPM costs

If submissions are low, consider increasing your flat rate or simplifying your brief.

Review Declined Submissions

You can view all declined submissions to understand why content was rejected. If too many submissions are being declined:

  • Your brief may be too complex or restrictive

  • Required elements may be unclear

  • Adjust your brief to improve approval rates

Flag Submissions

If a video was approved but doesn't align with your brief or doesn't follow the rules, you can flag it for review in the support chat. Our team will look into the flagged content and take action if necessary.

Use flagging to:

  • Report content that doesn't match your guidelines

  • Highlight rule violations the AI may have missed

  • Maintain quality control over your submissions

Block Creators

If you don't want a specific creator to submit to your CPM deal again, you can block them. This gives you more control over who participates in your campaign.

Blocked creators will no longer be able to see or submit to your CPM deals. Use this feature to:

  • Remove creators who consistently miss the mark

  • Prevent low-quality submissions from the same source

  • Curate the type of creators who work with your brand

Optimize Your Deal

CPM deals are fully editable after launch. You can adjust:

  • Flat rate — Increase to attract more or better creators

  • CPM rate — Increase to motivate stronger distribution

  • Daily budget — Increase to get more content

  • Brief — Clarify instructions or update direction

Treat your CPM deal like a live test. Use early submissions as feedback and iterate.

Understanding Submission States

CPM submissions move through these states:

  1. Awaiting upload — Content is approved, creator needs to post to TikTok

  2. Tracking — Video is live, views are being tracked for 7 days

  3. Verifying total — Views are being verified

  4. Posted — Tracking complete, creator has been paid

Pause Your Deal

You can pause your CPM deal at any time:

  • When paused, the deal is hidden from creators and no new submissions are accepted

  • Videos already in tracking will continue for their full 7-day window

  • You can restart a paused deal anytime with the same settings

What You Own

Every approved video is yours:

  • Download the MP4 — Use it on your social media accounts

  • Get Spark Ads codes — Run ads directly from the creator's profile

  • Full usage rights — Once you paid for the video the ownership is transferred

Tips for Success

  • Invite creators daily — Use your 20 invites per day to keep momentum

  • Review declined content — Improve your brief based on what's being rejected

  • Flag content that doesn't fit — Keep your submissions aligned with your vision

  • Block problematic creators — Maintain control over who submits

  • Run multiple CPM deals — Test different angles and scale the winners

  • Increase spend on what works — Treat it like optimizing paid ads

  • Keep briefs simple — Clear direction leads to better content
