Your Autopilot campaign is now live. Creators can see it and submit content, and approved videos are queued and tested as paid ads. Here's how to read your results and manage your campaign.
What Happens Now
Creators discover your campaign — They find it in the Posted app
Creators submit content — They follow your brief and post their videos
AI reviews submissions — Content is automatically checked against your brief. Only submissions that follow your brief and our general quality standards are approved.
Approved videos are tested as ads — Approved videos enter the queue, and the most promising ones are boosted with part of your testing budget
Winners are scaled — The best performers move into your winners budget and get more spend
Creators earn commission — Creators are paid a share of the ad spend behind their videos
How Videos Move Through Your Campaign
Every video in your campaign shows one of five statuses in the Submissions tab:
In queue — Approved videos wait here and are sorted by quality and the results of your previous submissions. The most promising videos are tested first, so not every video is necessarily tested.
Testing — The video runs as a paid ad on part of your testing budget, so real viewers see it and you get real results.
Winners — Videos that perform well in testing move to your winners campaign, where most of your budget goes. They keep getting more spend for as long as they keep performing.
Retired — The video no longer receives ad spend. This happens when it didn't perform well enough, or when you retire it yourself.
Declined — Our AI declined the video because it didn't follow your brief or our quality standards. Declined videos never receive ad spend. See Review Declined Submissions below.
Autopilot moves videos between these statuses automatically. Videos that perform well in testing move to Winners. Videos that don't are Retired, and their budget goes to new videos in testing and to your winners. This keeps your money on what works, without you having to do anything.
Your Campaign Dashboard
Open Autopilot Campaigns in the sidebar to see all your campaigns, filtered by Draft, Active and Paused. Each campaign card shows total spend, views, clicks, CTR, CPC and today's spend against your daily Performance Budget.
Click a campaign to open its dashboard. You'll find four tabs:
Campaign Overview — Performance, top videos, budget and controls
Brief — View and edit your brief
Submissions — Every video submitted to your campaign
Creators — Every creator taking part
Understanding Your Performance
In Performance, choose a time range: Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days or All Time. Select the metrics you want to compare in the chart, such as Impressions, Total Spend, Videos and Creators. Click any point in the chart to see the posts behind it.
The summary card shows your key paid-media results:
Total spend — What you've spent on the campaign so far
Views — How many times your videos were watched
Clicks — How many people tapped through to your target URL
CTR (click-through rate) — The percentage of viewers who clicked
CPC (cost per click) — What you pay on average for each click
CPA (cost per action) — What you pay per install or conversion. To turn on CPA tracking, book a call with our team and we'll set it up with you.
For a full explanation of each metric, see Understanding Your Autopilot Metrics.
Top Performing Videos
Your best videos are ranked (#1, #2, #3…) with their views, likes, comments and shares, plus the creator behind each one. This is the fastest way to see which hooks and angles work for your brand.
Daily Performance Budget
The budget card shows how much of today's budget has been spent, split into creator commission and ad spend. Click Edit to change your daily Performance Budget — changes are reflected the next day. Unused budget carries over to the next day.
Pausing: Submissions Only vs. the Whole Campaign
Autopilot gives you two ways to pause, so you can stop what you need without losing what's working:
Pause Submissions — Creators can no longer submit new videos, but boosting continues on the videos you already have. Use this when you have enough content and just want to keep scaling it.
Pause the campaign — Boosting stops on all videos and no new submissions come in. Your queue is frozen until you resume.
Your campaign status shows what's happening at a glance: Live (submissions and boosting active), Submissions paused (boosting still active), or Paused (submissions and boosting paused).
What happens to the queue when you pause? Submissions waiting to be tested are frozen in place. When you resume, testing picks up exactly where it left off — no submissions are lost.
Click Resume at any time to restart.
Before you pause, give it time. Autopilot performance builds over time — the first days are mostly testing, and results improve as winners are found and scaled. Pausing a campaign after only a few days won't help it. To see real results, keep your campaign running. If your hooks aren't working, adjust your campaign, brief or daily Performance Budget instead — you can change them at any time. If one video is the problem, remove that video from boosting (see below).
Review Declined Submissions
You can view all declined submissions to understand why content was rejected. If too many submissions are being declined:
Your brief may be too complex or restrictive
Required elements may be unclear
Adjust your brief to improve approval rates
Block Creators
If you don't want a specific creator to submit to your campaigns again, you can block them. Blocked creators will no longer be able to see or submit to your Autopilot campaigns. Use this to:
Remove creators who consistently miss the mark
Prevent low-quality submissions from the same source
Curate the type of creators who work with your brand
Remove a Video From Boosting
Don't want a specific video to run as an ad? You can remove it from boosting. The video stops receiving ad spend, and your budget goes to your other submissions instead. Its status changes to Retired.
Use this when a video is off-brand, outdated, or simply not one you want to promote — without pausing your whole campaign.
Tip: Want to stop a creator from submitting again too? Block the creator as well.
Optimize Your Campaign
Autopilot handles testing and scaling, but you control the inputs:
Brief — The biggest lever. Sharpen your hook, selling points and call to action based on your top videos.
Daily Performance Budget — Increase it to see real results earlier and find what works faster.
Separate angles — Run a new campaign for each new hook or angle you want to test.
Treat your campaign like a live test. Use early results as feedback and iterate.
Content Ownership
Autopilot content stays with the creators. Your brand doesn't receive ownership or usage rights to Autopilot videos, so they can't be reused outside your campaign. Need content you own? Use Deals — every approved Deal video comes with full usage rights, the MP4 and an ad code.
Tips for Success
Check your top videos weekly — They tell you what to put in your next brief
Watch CTR and CPC, not just views — Clicks and installs are what you're paying for
Pause submissions, not the whole campaign, when you have enough content — Keep scaling what works
Keep briefs simple — Clear direction leads to better ads
