Activity Overview

Below your profile, you'll see a quick snapshot of your activity on the platform:

  • Flat Deals — Number of deals you've run

  • Contests — Number of contests you've run

  • CPM Deals — Number of CPM deals you've run

This gives you an at-a-glance view of how active you've been across all features.

Current Balance

Your Current Balance shows the amount that will be charged to your card for CPM deals.

As you run CPM deals and creators earn payouts based on views, your balance increases. You won't be charged immediately for every transaction — instead, charges are batched together. Over time, the charges will become less frequent and each transaction will be a larger amount.

When You'll Pay

Under the balance, you'll see two conditions for when your card will be charged:

  • Your balance reaches — The threshold amount (e.g., $25.00)

  • And on this date — The next scheduled billing date

Your card will be charged when either condition is met — whichever comes first.

Payment Method

This section shows the credit card associated with your account. Click Manage to:

  • Update your credit card

  • Replace an expired card

  • Manage billing details

You'll be redirected securely to Stripe to make any changes.

Funds

Your Funds balance shows the amount currently in your wallet. This is money you've added to your account that can be used to pay for:

  • Deal submissions

  • CPM deals

  • Contests

  • Subscription payments

How Funds Work:

  • Click Add funds to add money to your wallet

  • When you make a payment, your funds are used first

  • If your funds don't cover the full amount, the remaining balance is charged to your card

  • If you have funds available when your subscription renews, they'll be used for the subscription payment

Using funds can help you manage your spending and keep track of your budget more easily.

Payment Activity

The Payment activity section gives you a full record of all card charges made on your account.

Each entry shows:

  • Date — When the transaction was processed

  • Description — What the payment was for (e.g. a specific deal)

  • Status — Whether the payment was Paid or pending

  • Amount — The amount charged

  • Payment method — The card used for the transaction

You have two options at the top of this section:

  • Download invoice — Generate and download an invoice for a specific time period as a PDF. Select your Issued date and Due date, then click Download as PDF.

  • View all activity — See your full payment history

Wallet Activity

The Wallet activity section shows all movements in and out of your Posted wallet.

Each entry shows:

  • Date — When the transaction occurred

  • Description — What the wallet movement relates to

  • Type — Either Credit (funds added) or Debit (funds used)

  • Amount — The value of the transaction

  • Balance — Your wallet balance after that transaction

This gives you a clear picture of how your funds are being used across the platform.

Subscriptions

The Subscriptions section shows your current Posted subscription plan. From here you can view your plan details and cancel your subscription if needed.
