Manage Your Subscription

Steps to view or cancel your subscription through Posted's settings.

There are two ways to manage your subscription on Posted.


Via Account Settings

1. Log in to the Web App

Log in to your account at app.postedapp.com

2. Navigate to Settings

Go to Account Settings to access your account settings.

3. Access Subscription and Billing

Scroll down to the Subscription and Billing section and click on the arrow.

From here, you can:

  • View your subscription billing cycle and payment history

  • Change your payment method if needed

  • Cancel your subscription if you decide to stop using Posted


Via My Brand

1. Log in to the Web App

Log in to your account at app.postedapp.com

2. Navigate to My Brand

Click My Brand in the left sidebar of your dashboard.

3. Access Subscriptions

Scroll down to the Subscriptions section at the bottom of the page.

From here, you can view your current plan details and cancel your subscription if needed.
