Your contest is submitted — here's what happens next.

Updated today

After you've paid for your contest, it enters a pending approval state. The Posted team will review your contest to ensure it follows all guidelines and is set up correctly.

The approval process is typically quick, and once completed, your contest will go live.

Maximizing Participation After Approval

Once your contest is live, take action to attract more creators. The best-performing brands on Posted use these strategies:

1. Invite Creators from the Creator Database

Don't just wait for creators to find you. Browse our Creator Database and invite creators directly to your contest.

  • Go to Creators in your dashboard

  • Filter by niche, region, activity, and performance stats

  • Invite up to 20 creators per day

A personal invite signals you want to work with them and increases the likelihood they'll participate.

2. Invite Your Existing Customers

Your customers already know and love your product — they're ideal participants.

  • Reach out to your current user base

  • Let them know they can join Posted for free

  • Highlight the chance to win prizes for creating content about a product they already use

Customers who are passionate about your product often create the most authentic content.

3. Posted Creator Notifications

Once your contest is live, Posted will send a push notification and email to all creators in our network. Creators will review your brief and rules and decide whether to participate.
