The first step in launching a contest is setting up the essential information. This helps creators understand what your contest is about and determines who sees it.
Getting Started
To create a new contest:
Go to your dashboard
Click Contests in the left sidebar
Click Create Contest
Fill in the basic information
What You'll Set Up
1. Contest Name
Choose a clear, descriptive title that tells creators what the contest is about. Keep it simple and direct. For example, if your contest is for a quit vaping app called PuffCount, the title could be "PuffCount: The Quit Vaping App."
2. Industry
Select the industry that best matches your product. This helps attract creators who specialize in your niche — whether that's health and wellness, beauty, fitness, tech, food, apparel & fashion, or something else.
3. Website
Enter your website URL where creators can learn more about your brand. This gives them context about your product and company.
4. Product Description
Write a short description of your brand and product — what you do and what makes you unique. This description will be used by AI to help you create your brief and will not be visible to creators.
5. Demographics
Select the target demographics for your contest. This helps match your contest to the right creators and audience.
6. Thumbnail
Upload an eye-catching thumbnail that represents your brand or product. This is the first thing creators see when browsing contests. Drag and drop or browse to upload — max file size is 5MB.
Your thumbnail should be simple yet eye-catching:
Use your app's logo or a clean, branded image
Ensure the design is clear and visually appealing
Make it recognizable at a glance
