Update your Payment Method
To update your payment method, you’ll be redirected securely through Stripe.
Step 1: Log in to the Web App
Log in to your account at: https://app.postedapp.com/
Step 2: Go to the My Brands Tab
Navigate to the My Brand section in the dashboard.
Step 3: Open Payment Method Settings
Under your brand, locate the Payment Method section and click Manage.
Step 4: Update Your Payment Method in Stripe
You will be redirected to the Stripe Billing Portal, where you can:
Update your credit or debit card
Replace an expired card
Manage billing details securely
All payment updates are handled directly by Stripe for security.
Cancel Subscription
If you wish to manage your subscription with Posted, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Log in to the Web App
Make sure you’re logged into your account at https://app.postedapp.com/.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings
Go to Account Settings to access your account settings.
Step 3: Access Subscription and Billing
Scroll down to the Subscription and Billing section and click on the arrow.
Step 4: Manage Your Subscription
From here, you can:
View your subscription billing cycle and payment history.
Change your payment method if needed.
Cancel your subscription if you decide to stop using Posted.
