How Campaigns Work on Posted

Posted supports three different ways to work with creators. Each serves a different goal, and you can use any combination during your trial or subscription.

Deals

Deals are best for controlled, ad-ready content.

  • Free to start

  • Work directly with individual creators

  • Start seeing creator content during your trial

  • You only pay for content you choose to approve

  • Control pricing and creator selection

  • Best for ad-ready UGC and predictable costs

  • Ideal for testing creators or building UGC libraries

Deals let you test creators and review content with no upfront commitment. You only pay when you decide to move forward with a creator.

CPM Deals

CPM Deals are best for volume, reach, and performance testing.

  • Creators earn based on views

  • Incentivizes creators to maximize distribution

  • Ideal for testing hooks, formats, and viral concepts at scale

CPM Deals are well suited for brands focused on learning and iteration.

Contests

Contests are best for large campaigns and big moments.

  • Minimum prize pool: $5,000 per contest

  • Multiple creators compete in a single campaign

  • High participation and creative diversity

  • Requires a prize pool to ensure strong submissions

  • Commonly used for launches, seasonal pushes, or proven formats

Contests are optional and not required to get started.

How Most Brands Get Started

A common approach:

  1. Start a free trial

  2. Browse and invite creators from the database

  3. Launch a Deal or CPM Deal

  4. Test content formats and messaging

  5. Review creator output and performance

  6. Scale into contests once winning formats are clear

This approach keeps risk low while maximizing learning.
